I know you posted this before so I am going to assume the low pressure cycling switch is good.
Measure the voltage on the dark blue wire to the low pressure switch with the A/C selected and measure the DC voltage. Do not disconnect anything, just measure the voltage, ground the black lead to the engine. Should be between 6.0 -7.0 volts.
If you made the measurement correctly, then you are not getting the 6 volt signal from the programmer to tell the PCM to pull in the clutch. The control head tells the programmer to turn on the compressor. So aside from bad connections, it could be the control head or programmer.
I assume all fuses are good.
I have to ask if ALL the vents are working properly as well as all 10 steps of the blower motor.
Do you have any codes or flashing LEDs on the control head.
I understood your post except for this last part. "but strait .0 in regular batt voltage" What does this mean.
Aside from replacing either box, I might take a shot at cleaning the pin contacts in the control head between the 2 boards. It's a long shot but if you run out of ideas, it might worth trying.
There are some other troubleshooting steps but you need a Tech 1.
You asked me to check voltage of the dark blue wire then check it again in DV voltage. I was saying I had .0 in regular voltage and .02 in DC voltage. I am not a pro in the voltage meter.
I have no blinking lights and no check engine codes. I dont know where the programming board is to clean the contacts?
If I have no voltage at the switch, where would be the next place backwards to check?
Last time you posted in October (post 35), I had you measure that same point on the blue wire. You measured 5.5 volts DC. A bit lower than 6 volts but the signal voltage was still there. This time you measured 0 volts. That would change my whole line of thinking and direction.
I'm not really sure where to send you at this time because I'm not sure what I should be chasing. I'm not sure you made contact this time.
