Default Fuel injection system info

Hello, im planning on obtaining a bored and stroked 350 which is now a 406 from my dad. It has been bored i wanna say either 40 or 60 out. I wanna put the LT1 intake and injection system onto it, and after going on Alldata just now to look and see how the injection is fired so i knew if it needed to be modified for a crank position sensor, i figured out it dosnt use one. IU was wondering if anyone here knows how the injectors are fired to inject the fuel. Can anyone here tell me how this system actually works so when i go to assemble this engine and put it into my truck I know what to look for if it wont fire.

You need a computer and wiring to run the injection

thank you, kind sir!

EDIT: after reading the Chevy high performance article, it mentions they are batch-fired. i forgot all about the batch fired injector lesson I had at front range's automotive program i took. And as a result I didnt even think about batch fired injection.
