Chip question?

Chip question?
So just installed a new engine, TFS heads/zz2 cam/24lb accel, superram, etc. The car runs but does not sound/run healthy unless under WOT. I keep hearing different responses but my question is
should the car run fine without getting a custom chip made? or is it necessary to get a custom chip made because of the heads/cam/etc?
Any help extremely appreciated!

I know MAF cars a fairly forgiving when it comes to mods. When you're talking about heads/cam/injectors/intake etc., I'd say its time for a custom tune.
Also, what are the specs on that cam?
