Modding advice (Yes, I searched)
It's been a while but I finally have gotten around to modding my 87 L98.
I've found threads on AFR heads and rockers but everyone seems to have had some previous mods. The only mod done to this car was a chip from Fast Chips.
I've decided on AFR 180cc heads and comp cams 1.6 pro magnum rockers. I love the low end power of the stock heads but they run out of breath too early.
1) Does anyone have any advice on that set up or if I am missing something?
2) From what I've read I'll probably have clearance issues with the stock valve covers. Am I better off modding what I have or buying new ones and if so which ones do you recommend?
