A51/Z51? Need Experts
I am seriously considering a low mile late year model '86 coupe (6/86). I only consider Z51 cars with aluminum heads, and the car I am looking at is a 57K mile 6/86 build date coupe that has all the rpo codes of a Z51 car except on the RPO sticker it only shows A51. It lists the V01, FG3, B4P and it has 9.5 inch wide wheels. But it does not show the code for the engine oil cooler KG4. I have asked the dealer to check the steering turns left to right, and this car shows all the signs of being a Z51 car except for the engine oil cooler. But it does not show the z51 rpo code, only the A51. I have a high mile 2/86 Z51 car and it has 2 turns on the wheel, all the way from left to right. The dealer says their car has the same. My car has Z51 on the rpo sticker
Like I said, it has the A51 listed in which I have seen this before on Z51 cars, but what is A51?.....................THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
