Houston, we have a problem
I rear ended a car this afternoon with my C4. The main problem, so far, is that I can not open the hood. I canot see the real damage. The frame looks intact. The bracket from the frame to the hood hinge are broken. The radiator is not affected. I drove 30 miles to go back to home after the incident.
Any body knows what need to be done to open the hood?

Its probably jammed or binding the hood latch striker pins.
Get someone....or get a pry bar to pry down or away from the windshield on the hood edge...then try to lift it. Whats it gonna hurt at this point to pry on the hood?

You might also have someone hold the release lever open while you pull up on the hood and wiggle it.
