Well my repair did not hold up... Just wondering if anyone has done this before and has any tips or recommendations that might make the job easier?? Also how long should it take?? Will I run into any obstacles??
Evap core is not too difficult to replace. The blower box separates in the middle. Remove passenger side fender, and rear section of fenderwell, remove windshield washer reservoir, and then remove blower motor and blower box outer (RH) half. The inner (LH)half (closer to engine) can stay in place to make life a little easier.

So Do I need to remove the degaus bottle?? And how about the brace that goes from the cowl to the frame??

Not sure what a "degaus" bottle is... can you clarify? if you mean the accumulator, the silver canister inline with the AC low pressure line, then yes, that must be replaced if the system is opened.
The brace from the cowl to the frame may need to come out, but it's easy, 3 bolts on top, 2 on the bottom. Not a big deal.

I'm referring to the radiator filler bottle.. So pretty much everything ontop of and in front of the suitcase has to come out??
Whatever makes it easy for you should come off and that includes the right head if you're so inclined, but it's not necessary. You do want to make sure that you can reinstall without bending or damaging any of the fins and the biggest issue is making sure that the case is resealed so that your conditioned air isn't blowing into the engine compartment or onto the street.
Since the radiator surge tank (not really a coolant reservoir, just the filling point for the system) must be removed as well, since the heater core hoses must be disconnected prior to removal of the blower box housing.
