1989 ABS Not Working

1989 ABS Not Working
Recently replaced the auto trans with a six speed, prior making this change the ABS worked. The car did sit awhile in between the swap. After the swap the ABS light comes on and the system does not activate. The best we can determine is the ABS system is not getting a crack signal to the system based on the testing we have done. Any help wood be great. Thanks,

Not a pro on the ABS but I did have a dead system in my car and after hunting the problem off and on for over a year I finally found a loose wire under the dash.Power first goes through the over power relay,the biggest relay in the ABS well then onto one of the 3 other relays then onto the controller.The ABS has a fuse I think,start at the fuse panel and work your way back to the ABS well.
