Default I have question about my corvette

I Just Bought a 1994 Corvette LT1(Automatic transmission). Which letter on the shifter means overdrive? Theres 2 different drives, one thats a normal d and one thats a d with another d around it. Please can someone tell me which is which. -Thanks

The "D" is drive which will only use the first three gears. The "D" with the "O" around it is the Overdrive.

And at 47 mph it will go into overdrive and lock up. If you tap the brake it will come out and then resume when you take your foot off the brake.

It is a 4 speed transmission with overdrive. If you are in the normal drive ("D" with the "O" around it), it will go thru its normal gears and at 47 goes to overdrive as long as you don't have your foot hard on the gas.

"D" alone will give you 3 gears only.
