4.11 gears

Do I need standard or reverse rotation and will the gears for a truck or jeep dana 44 work on a vette?

Not sure on the std or reverse, but the truck or Jeep 44 will not work from my understanding. Whole different carrier.

I agree. When you talk to dana about the corvette or viper dana 44, it is actually called the super 44. Totally different then the trucks used.

Dana refers to it as model "44 ICA". The ring & pinions for the ICA (independent carrier assembly) axles are unique unto themselves. I believe that some, (Tom's Differentials?) have been successful in adapting conventional, standard rotation gear sets to the ICA.
