1. Get switched 12v to fan new gear oil cooler. The fan is 5 amp max.
2. Convert to heated O2 sensors..
The AIS (air injection system) is removed and my plan is to connect fan and O2 sensors to the 20 amp power from air pump..The tune for the car is done by PCM4less and AIS is removed from the tune..
Question is : I have measured the volt on the air pump relay and I have 12v on two of the four connections (se picture below). I dont know which one to use?
The middle of the three contacts ("left row" in contact) is constant 12v. I suppose I can use the other 12v which I assume is switched or is that only power to control the air pump relay? Kind of tricky to find a "unused" 12v switched power...

As the "Air Pump Relay" and the "Air Bypass Valve" are now redundant you can use either the switched wire to terminal D on the "Air Pump Relay" or the switched wire to terminal A on the "Air Bypass Valve".
The 20 A circuit is not switched and cannot therefore be used.

As 93VettePilot pointet out - it is the pink/black wire on the relay which is the terminal D and switched 12v/10 amp max wire. Connected it ;-) Thx to both for replying to my question. This forum is great - always getting answers.
