Have used them many times. One of the first times that I ordered something from them, someone from customer service called me personally to let me know that the specific brand of the part that I had ordered was out of stock, would I be interested in receiving another brand.
More recently, I had to return a part that I thought was defective (in hindsight, probably wasn't), no problem, full refund.

They listed they had some
Lady said their system automatically checks to see so if the item is for sale they had them.
She called Walker and checked for me anyway she was very quick about it. Indeed they were discontinued.
She saved me the hassle of "backordering", putoffs and wasted time in general so I give them a thumbs up. Most places wont go to that trouble they just take your order then jerk you around.

I order everything from them- id rather pay a few$ for shipping then waste money at autozone-poopboys ect Plus they have a very large selection, Pry have made 25 orders from them never a problem and always shipped in 2-5 days to the door

i use them a lot since i'm not in the lower 48. even with the S&H, they're often cheaper than local parts houses.
with RockAuto, often you get a choice of brands, at what price, mfr close-outs, etc. if you're not in the lower 48, you need to pay attention to S&H, since if you're ordering multiple items, and they come from different warehouses, shipping locations, the S&H can bite you. they tell you right up front if your order is split between one or more locations (A, B, C).
also watch the shipping cost break points as you increase the quantity.
so sometimes you need to try to find the right brand choice, item category, quantities, to get the order to come from one place, manage the shipping costs, or re-think your consolidation strategy.

I use them a lot, sometimes they are closing out a certain brand name and the prices are hard to believe cheap. Another place I have been using more & more for great prices is Amazon.

Their closeout specials are great. They recently had C5 ceramic brake pads on closeout for $11. I got a couple of sets.
