VATS Interrogator
Or something similar thats aftermarket to read the code from the module so I can get the correct key?
Any help would be appreciated

Also need the charts that show the resistor value for each key code.

Here's the values with "tolerances"!
I've a friend who when using an interrogator insists on starting at 8 then +1 and then -1 vs 1-15 !
8 - 9 - 7 -10 - 6 -11 - 5 - 12 - 4 - 13 - 3 - 14 - 2 -15 - 1
The only time I used his logic was on my own car when swapping a CCM for testing and damned if it wasn't a 9 !! Second attempt!

...Thats card player logic !
The blackjack guys will think in those terms knowing how many of what cards there are of each value...so they can mentally keep track of whats been played. Knowing how many of what card there are tells you almost exactly whats coming next if you've been paying attention. Same logic...knowing that the odds lean more toward the avg or middle, the end values are statistically less likely.
But in MY world...
its the grocery store logic that I am still trying to figure out.
If I go the the line thats the longest it will move the fastest, until I arrive.... When I do that, I'm watching my BlueBell melt standing there..

I was actually thinking along these terms, and was planning on buying every other necessary resistor to insert in the key cable to "guess" the code. Thing is, that I've heard that it usually takes 2 together to get in the range of what we need for this system. Sounds like a saturday all day job...
The reason you need multiple resistors is that the VATS values are 1% tolerance but the average resistors you get at Radio Shack are 5%, so the values don't coincide. For example, if the key pellet resistor is #4 at 887 ohms, the nearest 5% values are 820 ohms and 910 ohms.
