Im thinking about putting valve covers and headers on my Lt4, any suggestions? I heard a lot of the headers out there are a PITA to install

Are you looking at long tubes, or short tube headers?? I put short tubes on my '92 last summer, and yes, they were a PITA to install (hardest part was getting the old ones off.. but installing the new ones was no easy task either). I installed the SLP shorty headers, and I dont know about performance (Im sure they added a few HP, but probably not much), I did notice a more throaty sound from my exhaust...

Jasin,
Is that an outboard motor on the back of the Corvette? Is it for weight to stop wheel spin? Or does it give you more thrust off the line?

Go for the long tubes, if they offer them for your car. Shorties just don't do much. Valve covers? Eye candy! Great, if you need a project. Whatever.
