Not sure about the L98, but on LT1 and up, usually just plugs (although wires should be done), most of the cost is labor because getting to some of the plugs on an LT1 is a bitch!

$300 - $500 depending on the quality/type of parts...ie $3/plug el cheapo plugs or $12/plug high end plugs
Labor will be about 2 hours.
