What cam to get?

Just an update, i went with the following:
Comp Cams 07-503-8
Comp Cams high performance valve springs 26918-16
I will probably go ahead and change out lifters and rockers as well..
it says recommended 200+ stall.. would i be able to get away with out one? if I have to what is a good dependable stall converter?

what size should i go with? it recommends 2000+ stall and i know 2000 most likely will be a big waste of money.. I've done some looking around and seems a lot run 4000 stall. Is there anyway I could run something smaller?

I ran a 3200 stall from Yank when I had the 503. The 4k seems like overkill for that cam.
