My window (drivers side) stopped working I had it replaced last year, I also replaced the switch, still nothing. I took it back where i had the window done and they said the motor is good, the switch is good. it is something in between the two.
Any one have any ideas? Does any one have a diagram?
One thing you could check, I had this problem on mine, is my window swipes on the outside were bad alowing water in the door thus letting condensation build up inside the door, creating corrosion on the main connector feeding power to all door components. I only lost my hatch switch and courtesy light. Cleaned connector and all is well.
The LH window switch pinout is:
A-Pnk=power from fuse
B-Blk=ground, for up operation
C-Brn=down when power applied
D-Dk BLu=up, when power applied
E-Blk=ground, for down operation
To test the switch connector, pull the switch and on the connector jumper:
A to D and C to E to bring window up
A to C and B to D to bring window down
If that fails, open the door and open the connector to the window motor. Then jumper power & ground directly to the motor connector.
