Is there such a thing as a quiet injector? The 88 and 87 multitechs were a lttle loud, the Accel's were loud and the Bosch II's I have now are the loudest I have had yet. You can hear them while driving. I know, I'm whining.... Anyway, Is this a normal L98 thing or is there a brand out there that dosen't make the engine sound like a sewing machine?

Put some aluminum roller rockers on your car, you will never hear the injectors again......WW
I run some top-end lube or Marvel Mystery thru mine and that seems to help. Often the tic is from being a little dirty and the solenoids beating on the plunger a bit harder than usual...
the MM really seems to make an immediate difference.
If you REALLY want loud...
Get your car dr stethiscope out and place it on a running fuel injector ! First time I did that I swear I jumped back cause it scared me ! the 'tic' turned into BANGING...
A good 'scope will let you hear the dist rotor passing each post on the cap with a tic of its own..
