standard gear ratio for the 4+3 with the D44 was 3.07
for the M6, it became 3.45, but 3.33 and 3.54 were offered

Whooa, time out.... Are you sure that ALL manual transmission 1985's were Dana 44's??
Can you provide me with a simple way that I can tell? There is nothing that I can find in my RPO's that indicate this.
