I have been trying to replace a siezed up pulley on my AC compressor (compressor is still attached to my car) with one that I got off of a used compressor. I got the old pulley and housing for pulley off,,, but for the life of me I cannot get that dang 1st snap ring on when trying to put the new pulley housing back on... I have snap ring plyers that I've been trying to use but this blasted snap ring doesn't want to cooperate at all with me....
I shall give it another shot when back at home today after work.... I'm just not having a lot of confidence at the moment with this stupid snap ring as I spent nearly a couple hours last night trying to get it in... I can't believe I'm having this much trouble with a snap ring.... Haha
Die snap rings, die....
Okay, thanks for allowing me to rant.... Have a good day all.
Finally got that snap ring in there.... That took way to long.

I will be honest. I was trying to use a cheap snap ring plyer that I had laying around... I gave in today after wasting another 20min and got the best one I could find at O'riellys and that did the trick in about 5 min..... Geez, that was a time to not be cheap and just go ahead and get the better quality tool, lol.....
