No radio or wipers
I recently purchased an 87 Corvette convertible. When I plugged in a replacement cigarette lighter it worked first time but *apparently blew a fuse. This also took out the radio,the windshield wipers and the courtesy lights. I've looked in the fuse box and can't find a fuse for any of these things. All fuses seem fine with visual inspection. Can anybody help?*

Eye ***** don't measure continuity, use a meter. 
The 15A fuse is marked CTSY/CLK, powers courtesy lights, cigar lighter, radio, etc.
Wipers have there own 25A fuse, may be marked as WPR.
