No, I had a machine shop do it.
This mod is done if you want to use OEM ZR1 rear wheels on a 88-96 non ZR1 car without them sticking out too much.
The only reason I did the mod was to use the OEM 90 ZR1 wheels on my 90 car.
If someone doesn't care about using the OEM ZR1 wheels on an 88-96 car then just simply use 11" wheels with the Grand Sport offset and no modification is needed.

I did this a few years ago so my memory is a little foggy. The spindles
were used off an 87 and were real cheap. I believe the machine shop charged me close to $100 per hub including making the aluminum spacers and pressing on the ABS rings.
