Air Conditioning question
Took the Vette out the other day and air conditioning was putting out cool air but not cold. I had almost everything replaced (evaporator, lines, accumulator, compressor) while changing over to the new R-134. The accumulator and metal lines are cold and sweaty and everything seems to be working but it's registering 55 degrees at the outlets. Mechanic says it should be a lot lower (at least 10 more degrees). Got to take it back in a week or so for more testing. Anybody have any ideas why I'm not getting cold air? About the only thing that wasn't replaced was the condensor.
