EM header question.

EM header question.
My Exotic Muscle header on the driver side exits very close to the floor pan. So close I cant slide my finger in between the header and the floor pan. I noticed that the floor pan looks like its been burned some. Also, it is so close that the oxygen sensor is touching the body. Has anyone else noticed this with their headers?

Mine looks like this:
My O2 sensor isn't anywhere close to the body...looks like they changed the location of the bung. Mine is angled inwards slightly towards the car centerline...
You can JUST see the tip of the O2 sensor above the band clamp on the left...
