Default vacuum line on '89 TPI plenum

i took this picture to try to figure out where this vacuum line that is capped should go, or just leave it capped... i had the engine rebuilt earlier this summer and have no idea if it was like this before the rebuild or if they did it.

FYI: i removed the A/C last year but dont remember any vac lines going to it... if its A/C im not worried about it

On my 89 one of the fittings has a short hose that goes to the fuel pressure regulator and the other crosses over to the other side of the intake near the distributor and hooks into a small 3 way valve that operates the Cruise Control.. If your cruise control is taken off, or not working don't worry about the cap ...WW

I figured it was either a/c or cruise. Both are removed. I'll just leave the cap on there! Thx for the help
