Default Mail order tune?

Hello I have been reading these threads about DIY tuning and really don't have the resources to do it I am also afraid it will affect smog when it's time. I was hoping to find a mail order tune over my stock tune because if my upgrades:
383 and a cam with these specs:
212/222 .462/.469 on a 112 LSA

Can anyone recommend a tuning company? I know it's not the best thing to do but I just need something that will get me by until summer comes
Thanks!

A broadcast code is used by GM to identify the programming in the EPROM. It consists of 3 or 4 letters and 4 numbers. My car has a BUA 9340 EPROM in it. The broadcast code is printed on a silver-colored label that covers the quartz window on the EPROM.

Here's a pic of a MEMCAL from a Firebird (looks the same as a Corvette MEMCAL). On the right you can see the knock sensor circuit that was used in later cars.

This is what the 1227165 ECM PC board looks like when it's out of the aluminum case. This is the ECM that was used in Corvettes from 1986 through 1989. The EPROM has been reprogrammed, which is why the silver sticker is missing. This one does not have the knock sensor circuit, so you can see the resistor networks that are used to control spark and injector pulse width in "limp mode".
