Lessons Learned for a 94
A recent post of mine announced my stepping away from Corvette ownership for awhile. Several replies suggested I stay in touch and share some of the lessons learned. So here is what worked and did not work for me:
Worked - stainless steel long tube headers w/ Randon Cats and Corsa exhaust. Probably the biggest bang for my buck in overall sound and "feel" of power.
Worked - 3.54 pinion gear from Randy' Gears (second biggest bang for my buck - really woke the LT1 up). Also, Taylor Spiro-Pro wires, K&N Air Filter w/ open lid, Percy's Header gaskets, Michelin Pilots (great wear)
Helped - Hypertech Power Programmer w/ turning on fans, speedometer adjustment (due to pinion gear change) and shift points.
My preferences - Pinnacle Souverein Paste Wax.
Maybe this will help someone.
