$1f bin very strange scalars value

$1f bin very strange scalars value
hi guys newrbie here on tuning stuff ,i had some issue with tunerpro rt 5,
dowloaded $1f bin since i have an 85'.It seams to me that i had different scalars from previous datalogging .When i launch the software and open 1F.xdf definition bin i have this value is this normal

Since long time from previous datalogging ,is it correct?
file>open bin> select bin to open>1F.xdf
i had downloaded this file from tunerpro site

if you look at the top on the screen shot you can see tunerpro says 1F.xdf.txt /XDF file -1fxdf.txt
why this .txt extension?
