they are not coming out with windows 7 drivers, and they are not updating the tool with any more firmware releases.

BOYCOTT AUTOXRAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a real good chance the XP drivers can be tweaked. Google
Nikon LS4000 Windows 7 to find the one-line tweak required on a
scanner I have. It even worked on Win 7 64-bit.

possibly so, but still lousy of a company not to support there tool. especially since they are still for sale !
