I use it. There used to be info. about it helping with morning sickness with the rack unit.

I have been using synthetic power steering fluid for years.
The GM Cold Climate fluid is a blend.
I have been using Amsoil. Works rather nicely. Especially because I live in Chicago and have been known to drive my CE on dry days during the winter.

I use Lucas brand power steering fluid with conditioners and haven't had any problems. You can get it at autozone or advance auto parts.

When I replaced my rack, I filled back up with Redline synthetic. No problems so far!
