Have you tested your injectors? There are alot of things that can cause your idle to be off.
The PO replaced my injectors before I got it, but when I'm ready to replace them, I will probably go with these.

Why throw parts when there are a multitude of other things to be checked first?
ever look at the IAC? Idle Air Control?
vac leaks?
TPS?
EGR?
all of which can cause unstable idle. You don't have the miles to justify tossing injectors....age, yes, miles, no. Look into other things before wasting time and money and the risk of creating other problems.

Look at the IDle Air Control (IAC) valve first.

I'm changing my originals right now. I went with bosh III @ 22lbs after reading that they were a good replacement to stock. If yours are original then probably time to change. That rough idle could be any one of a number of things including your throttle body is leaking, plus what the guys mentioned above.

That's a vacuum leak about 99% of the time.
I don't know if it's still true, but Accel injectors used to be repackaged Ford Motorsports injectors.
