Magnaflow metallic spun cats are the best bang-for-the-buck. Random Tech is widely considered the "best" in terms of flow. You pay for that though...probably to get the higher concentration of heavy metals.

I'm in PA. I put about 2k miles on it a year. I've already have chambered muffler eliminators on it and have removed the resonator. I'm not putting the headers on for more sound, thats for sure! I have an SLP Claw air filter installed and am trying to make the engine 'breathe' the best I can.

In that case, definitely go with high flow cats. It will be louder than all hell without some form of muffling. Might also want an x pipe or some sort of pressure equalizer to scavenge and smooth out the exhaust.
