Dynamat???Cascade??? Any preference? & WHY.
Can anyone tell me if one is better than the other and why. Cascade claims it is lighter and cheaper, but is this a case of 'you get what you pay for.' I am ready to deaden some of the road noise, cut the heat and improve the sound of the music in my 88.

I don't know the difference but I used Dynomat to eliminate the squeaks caused by the door sills covers rubbing against the body sills. I removed the carpeted sill covers and wrapping Dynomat round the body sills. The sills are plastic and you could see where they were rubbing the body and causing all kinds of squeaks. Look fo white dust. I did it 2 years ago and they have been quiet since.
