flippin headlight
My right side headlight only sometimes works.I replaced gears and bucings but same thing.Someone told me it seems to be going to far and so it is sticking like it is over center where the motor pin rotates in the bucket.IS there an adjustment for the rotation?Or is this not really my problem and maybe the motor has a dead spot?Appreciate the help.

I would suggest that if you have checked your and replaced your gears, and the motor is turning on occasion that the problem is going to be a faulty relay on 84-87 vettes the there are three relays located in the drivers side engine "compartment"(the little space at the front of the car by the hood) more than likely one of these is working some days and not working most of the time

I have an 89 vert but it doea have I think 3 relays where you have said they are.Does each headlight have it's own relay?Because my left side works fine.thanks for the help.
