Default Clutch feel

Recently I've noticed my clutch feels soft when I initially start it. But after driving it it firms up.

When it's cold the pedal has to basically go to the floor to disengage, the release point used to be real high.

Is this a fluid problem or are the hydrolics going out on me?

Sounds like you have some air in the lines. I had the same problem, turned out it was the slave cylinder needed rebuild. Try bleeding it to see if thats the cure first before you start replacing parts
