has anyone replaced their vacume head light actuators with the $ 122 / pair 12 volt ones on amazon and as a question will a power window switch work for them ? I had to completely rewire the car , thank you , John

To add to all the comments...I had rebuilt my headlight motors year ago but one thing that I might suggest is to clean the electrical contacts on the torque switches. It will add to the reliability of the rebuild. These early headlights are a bit of a pain to disassemble. I ended up upgrading to the '88 up style which included replacing the 3 headlights relays to a single module.
