would an engine from a 1987 corvette fit in a 1987 monte carlo LS? i am thinking about doing a swap i have an 87 monte LS

Can't remember if '87 MC was FWD or not.
If it was FWD a 350 probably could be fitted, anything can be installed.
Wouldn't be nearly as cheap as a simple swap to a RWD GM, though.

Monte's didnt change to front wheel drive til the mid 90's. h
