Track car?

Plexi MR6000 instead of glass. Remove regulator/motor. If side window needs to function build aluminum frame slide bar with fricion lock or:

Link to VW crank regulator mod.

Large hole saw = swiss cheese inner panel. Small hole saw = lighter jams.

Id like to here more about these.

I've been around here over a decade and have heard nothing about c4 lightweight doors.

The only thing I've ever seen is exotic muscle lists a lightweight carbon fiber? Door and it says call for price.

I guess those may have been a product for race teams when c4 was the car to race, but I'm gonna guess they are (were) expensive and not available anymore - though I could be wrong.

Id love to hear more about these doors.

Are they carbon fiber? Or just real light fiberglass?

What pieces from stock doors do they reuse?

avatar has twin d1 prochargers on a cog belt on a 440 sbc and that is my street car. I take that car on the hotrod power tour many times

I'm keeping mine around the 8000 rpm range to keep maintenance down ... But mine also a 440 and heads are flowing in the 420cfm range .

bolts in just like a stock door you just have drill all the holes in the door. I'm going to reinforce mine at the hinges for added strength, I will need to build a window locator to keep the glass from moving in the door because no door panel
