LSx Swap Header Options
I'm getting ready to do an LSx swap into my 85 AutoX car. I'm just going with the Carb setup, so everything seems pretty straight forward.
Except, the only long tube header option I see is the one from Melrose. I know Melrose makes quality stuff, but want to see all of my options before pulling the trigger. Surprisingly, I see very little header info on the forum from guys that have done these swaps. So.....
Are there other long tube header options?
Would I be better off going with one of the shorter options? If so, what works good?
It is a track car only, with no concern for any emissions junk. I was previously running an SBC with Hooker Super Comp headers into 3" duals with an "X" pipe. I dream of header collectors that exit in the exact location as my old ones, but I realize that is probably a pipe dream.
