Glock,

Been trying to find out about a Tranny cooler for a while. Is that yours with the Mobil1 label on it? Would like to add one to my 91 if you could shoot me the mfg/model and where you got it. Neat install

Oh, by the way, the concrete part of the hiway is for driving, looks like you use the grassy part from those pics

and no, the tranny cooler is not the thing with the mobil 1 sticker on it (that sticker is on all LT1's). My tranny cooler is mounted on the front of my power steering cooler (which is also stock for '94-'96). I'm sure you can find a place down there for it.

Yep, those screws have to come out. It took me almost the entire time working with them to get them out. For the right side, you can use a 7mm socket on an extention for the bottom two, and the top one you have to use a 7mm wrench by hand. The right side i did the top one with the wrench and the bottom to with a U-joint and a 7mm socket. I'd say it took 30-45 minutes to get those out. I may do like some people and just leave them out.

Wow! That's about as plugged as I've ever seen, should make a big diff! The previous owner must have had the optional belly mower attachment (G-72) mowing the yard in style with his Vette! :D   OOPS! Sorry guys, my bad, the belly mower was only available on the 4wheel drive Vettes. Not enough ground clearance. 2wheel drive had to use the pull behind. (G-73) :D
