I want to remove the ac from my 92 and was wondering if I could get some direction on what can go and what needs to stay? Any help would be appreciated.I cant find any threads regarding LT1 cars.
Then just a matter of removing the whole system inc the condenser in front of radiator
Possibly some minor wiring mods associated with the pressure switches

that will do it. I still have the hard lines coming from the "blower box" but everything else is gone. I did not need any wiring mods
May get motivated to remove the rest of the stuff when I tear the interior out.
I did this on my 94 firebird, including smashing out the doghouse and pulling all hard lines, coil, etc.
I ordered a delete pulley off fleabay, cost about $25. Really cleans up the engine bay. Still got to fabricate a plate to cover the hole where the doghouse used to be, so I can retain the heater and blower.
