ac compressor noise
I have a stock 1996 lt1 .The ac compresor makes a whining noise when the compressor clutch is not ingaged noise stops when clutch engages is it the clutch thats bad or the compressor thats in advance for any help

Will be the clutch bearing,the compressor only engages when the clutch is engaged.
