New Corvette Owner: Finding my Problem.
Also, you have to be clear when describing the symptoms. "It won't turn over" is one of the most misused terms in the game. To a lot of folks, if the starter can spin the engine fast enough that normally it would start, then it is, in fact "turning over". (my first wife could never get her head around that concept.) From your description, my interpretation was that the engine will crank, or "turn over" but won't fire off and run on its own.
It is sunny and cool this morning and my Vette hasn't been out of the garage in over a week. I am going to take off the Targa and burn off some of that 93 octane before the sun gets too high. Good luck with it.
OK, one more thought: Lots of folks swear by "noid Lights". You can put a finger on an injector and feel (and usually hear) it "click" if it is being triggered by the ECM. Wire insulation and connector bodies on the older cars has a reputation for being brittle, so the less you handle and disturb wiring, the better.
