1996 vette LT1 have replaced the water pump, the opti-spark, the crankshaft position, and the engine control module. The check engine soon light was on and continues to be ON. All work was done by chevy technicians. Car cranks, runs great and have driven over a thousand miles since work was done, no issues. Any suggestions as to what to do next?

A Chevy dealer did all the repairs, and let the vette go with the trouble light 'on'? Doesn't sound right. A dealer would not miss an opportunity to add to his revenue by letting a vette loose with a trouble light glowing.

Bring it back and tell them you picked the car up with the light on.

Not a whole lot to go on without a code. As a 1996, I would hazard a guess that it's an O2 sensor somewhere. You have four of them, assuming the car is stock. Since the car is apparently driving fine, it would be one of the two post-cat sensors.
