i dont know much about tuning and im trying to learn so if these questions are dumb im sorry i just dont know much about it

Even though the 96 is OBD2, it is still not listed in the link.
It is a very good program/hardware though. There are a lot of C5 links to using it with good results. My '99 was tuned with it also, and I am happy with the results.
