Unless you're going to over 400hp I suggest a MAF system.
I've done a little investigation into PROM burning for our ECMs and it seems much simpler to tune a MAF system. Plus the MAF system allows more air flow changes before a PROM change is required.
For a stock motor a MAF system is the way to go.
