Heads and Cam don't go with the heavy AFS wheels. The 315s really don't gain much more grip over the 285s especially for 1/4 mile times.

hmm..pay more than the wheels are worth or less than the engine parts are worth...i'd pick up the engine parts. $1650 is what you can pick up REAL z06 forged wheels with low mi supercars for. AFS 5stars are nice wheels and all, just not worth that price.

The AFS wheels weigh about 5 lbs more each than stock.

I'd say heads and cam, sam I am :jester look for the a set of wheels on ebay or corvette forum. You said you didn't need tires yet anyway! :yesnod:
