I am not sure what you are looking for, a street pad or something to decrease your stopping distance from 0 to 100 to 0?

I have used the early XP8 on a track/street car (my 98 LS2 402 Camaro) and the XP10 on my race car (93 Camaro Camaro Mustang Challenge car) with great success.

Excellent brakes that wear well, stop like the No 3 wire on a carrier, and don't dust as much as some.

Keep up the good work.

Carbotech brakes utilize a ceramic and metallic construction in a range of compounds that out-perform competitive brakes. Carbotech brakes are made from compounds that offer higher initial bite, torque and fade resistance—providing consistent brake modulation and performance over a wide range of operating temperatures.

In addition, Carbotech brakes are rotor friendly, saving money and keeping your vehicle out of the service shop far longer than the competition.

Carbotech brakes give you:
• Assured stopping power
• Increased overall performance and handling
•Excellent modulation and release characteristics
•Better control entering the corners
•Longer brake pad and rotor life—up to four times longer than the competition!
•Longer rotor life
•Non-corrosive dust

I will help you determine the perfect brake pad compound for your car and your style of driving. Carbotech brakes are designed to allow you to “Go Deep!” while being particularly rotor friendly and contain 100% non-corrosive brake dust.

Great information Adam. I live in Salt Lake City Utah so we are just putting our cars away for the year. I would like to check out your pads next spring. Thanks for posting and educating me to your great products.

Carbotech adam...

Can you explain if your street/strip pads have any advantages vs. Hawk.

Specifically hawk hps and hp plus.

Ive heard you say your pads dust is less corrosive. That said, there is no issue with corrosion on my painted alum rims due to dust from my hawk hp+ pads.

Hawk seems to be a high target for other brake pad companies to meet.

Id like to hear about what carbotech has to offer...
