1995 LT1 overheating
Get yourself a wiring diagram, and look up the fan trigger temperature online. I believe these cars come with 2 fans, 1 for A/C and 1 for engine cooling. When the car reaches the certain temperature, (you can measure the temp with a laser thermometer tool on the thermostat housing to see when it gets there) test for power and ground, whichever is controlled, and see if you are receiving it.
If you do, you have a bad fan, if you don't, move on to testing the CTS sensor or switch. Bring up a diagram for that. If it is a sensor, see if the voltage fluctuates, if it does, you're good. If it doesn't, replace the sensor. Always confirm you are getting power and ground to the sensor first though.
If it does, test at the PCM, see if you are getting a power or ground control for the fan coming out of the PCM. If you are then you likely have a bad wire. Also, try powering up the fan yourself.
Sorry it's kind of hard for me to explain over the internet, I'd have to do it myself and see a wiring diagram in front of me.
Without a wiring diagram, you are lost. Remember that.
