96 CE AC question (climate control)
My 96 CE with automatic climate control has a couple of foibles.
Foible#1... When I switch the climate control from "auto" to manual control, the fan speed control up & down speed switches don't always work...that is, the fan keeps running at whatever speed it was running at in the auto mode and instead of the fan speed icon appearing in the readout, it continues to display the outside temperature.
Foible#2...In auto or manual mode, the defroster outlet dumps cold air on the windshield with the result that I sometimes get condensation on the outside of the bottom center windshield. I don't know if air coming out of that vent (in AC mode) is as it's supposed to be, of if a door is stuck in the circulation system.
